These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to The Apocalypsnake mobile application (the "Application") provided by Lud Dynamics Co., Ltd. (the "Service Provider").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
The Application is free to download and may include advertisements and optional in-app purchases. The Application is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". The Service Provider may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Application at any time.
The Application may use a guest account or device-based identifier to save game progress, rewards, rankings, purchase-related records, and other gameplay data.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and account. The Service Provider is not responsible for loss of access, deleted data, device changes, technical errors, or other issues outside the Service Provider's reasonable control.

The Application may offer optional in-app purchases, virtual currency, items, rewards, or other digital content. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store, and are subject to that store's terms and payment policies.
Virtual items and in-game currency have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are provided only for use within the Application. Except where required by applicable law or app store policy, purchases are final and non-refundable.
The Service Provider may change, rebalance, remove, or limit virtual items, rewards, prices, features, or game content as needed for operation, security, balance, or service improvement.
The Application may display advertisements or use third-party services for analytics, advertising, push notifications, purchases, game services, and service operation. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The Service Provider's collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy for the Application. By using the Application, you also agree to the handling of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Application, including software, graphics, characters, names, logos, text, audio, visual elements, gameplay design, and other content, is owned by or licensed to the Service Provider and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal entertainment use in accordance with these Terms.
The Service Provider may provide updates, patches, bug fixes, balance changes, or content changes. Some updates may be required to continue using the Application.
The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Application, game data, rankings, or related services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Application, create security risks, interfere with service operation, or if required by law or platform policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or device functionality arising from or related to the use of the Application.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Service Provider, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
